Quality UFC Company has developed a Quality Policy as a target to get the client maximum satisfaction, increasing the quality level in our real estate developments through a continuous improvement quality program and a constant motivation of the staff. This way, we obtain an effective and suitable quality system of the company.

The Quality management as the basic principle of the company; establishing and developing a quality management system based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard.
UFC wants the satisfaction of our client, carrying out the demanded requirements as well as the internal management system and the legal ones.
We need to make our staff aware of the necessity in fulfilling the quality aims, having their collaboration and developing a wide-minded.
It is necessary a continuous improvement in our estate development, design and house sales, as well as in the services and processes management, and consequently of an effective management system.
The compromise of the Quality Policy and of the actions developed by this company, have allowed to obtain and to maintain the Quality Standard according to ISO 9001 from 2003.
